Villa Ban Kas in Jan Thiel
This newly completed Ibiza-style villa is located in the Vista Royal villa district. The living room has a comfortable seating area with lounge sofa and TV, a kitchen with a kitchen island and American fridge, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Several large sliding doors across the entire width connect the living room with the outdoor terrace. The outdoor terrace has a large attractive canopy where you can relax on the lounge set. Also located here is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and large dining table where you can enjoy dinner. In addition, there is a swimming pool where you can take a dip for some cooling, and there are several sun beds by the pool. There are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; two of them have private bathrooms, the other two bedrooms have shared bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also free WIFI in the villa.
Next to the villa is a private apartment, which will be occupied during some periods. This does not affect your privacy in any way.
The villa is within walking distance of various restaurants, the beaches of Jan Thiel, Beachclub Zansibar, supermarket Van den Tweel (Albert Heijn) and indoor gym The Challenge.
